What You'll be Doing:

• Creating profitability, revenue projection and utilization dashboards and reports for profit center leads

• Monitoring project and client profitability and work with account managers to address under-performers

• Developing, monitoring and communicating KPI's for billing consultants

• Implementing, utilizing and continually improving method for accurate estimation of billing forecasts

• Providing regular reports to senior management.

• Assisting COO with development of annual budgets aligned with corporate financial goals

• Collaborating with practice area and profit center leads to update revenue forecasts

• Structuring, scheduling and hosting quarterly Profit Control meetings with Senior Management

• Encouraging a culture of accountability and performance excellence

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Working knowledge of Deltek Vantagepoint or similar professional services platform

• Experience in budgeting, revenue forecasting, profitability analysis, and financial reporting.

• Familiarity with KPIs, billing forecasts, and financial metrics for professional service firms.

• Proficient to intermediate Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Aptitude for project management, billing and CRM software

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

$85,000 - $110,000 a year
