Case Management UR Nurse

Education:Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Licensure/Certification:Must be licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Indiana.

Experience:Two years of hospital clinical experience is required. Prior UR experience with familiarity of prospective payment diagnosis related groups (DRG) and principles of reimbursement or insurance industry including Federal and State UR compliance standards is a plus. Understanding of the Swing Bed Program as outlined by CMS Medicare is preferred. Prior Case Management, Discharge Planning experience is preferred.
