Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community office
- Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) system and ensure accurate and up-to-date records
- Coordinate property maintenance requests and work orders using computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally, providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries or issues
- Upsell additional services or amenities to current residents
- Assist with leasing activities, including showing available units to prospective tenants

Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of property management software or CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment. The Senior Community Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth operations within the community office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
