Seeking a MDS Coordinator Nurse - RN to oversee the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process, including the Minimum Data Set (MDS), Care Area Assessments (CAAs), and Care Plans per State and Federal guidelines.

- Coordinate interdisciplinary team (IDT) for timely assessments.
- Utilize MDS Scheduler for Assessment Reference Dates (ARDs).
- Complete CAAs and relevant care plan items.
- Monitor medical record documentation for MDS coding accuracy.
- Participate in Medicare utilization management.
- Current RN Licensure.
- Computer proficiency with EMR.
- Preferred: 2 years in long-term care, RAI process experience, MDS certification, Point Click Care experience.
