Candidate MUST be located in Colorado and have experience outside of college.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Investment Management
Investment Execution:
- Execute trades across client accounts in alignment with investment strategies and model portfolios.
- Monitor investment platforms for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Manage cash needs, account rebalancing, and settlement processes.
Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track tasks, activities, and alerts to ensure timely settlements.
- Generate detailed investment reports for PWA advisors.
- Identify opportunities for tax-efficient strategies, such as tax-loss harvesting.
2. Investment Analysis
Research & Portfolio Analysis:
- Provide 338 oversight and management.
- Conduct research on securities, funds, and market trends to support portfolio decisions.
- Analyze client portfolios for performance, risk exposure, and alignment with goals.
- Prepare asset allocation, location, and performance reports.
Investment Recommendations:
- Qualified Plan Management: RFPS, Tracking and Plan Servicing
- Provide the Investment Committee with data-driven insights and analysis.
- Develop presentations and summaries to facilitate advisor-client communication.
3. Investment Operations
Operational Execution:
- Oversee account operations, including account openings, transfers, billing, and investment workflows.
- Manage systems and tools related to portfolio management, investments, and reporting.
- Ensure accurate performance tracking and data integrity in platforms like Schwab Advisor Center and Black Diamond.
Compliance & Process Management:
- Ensure adherence to firm policies and regulatory requirements in all investment activities.
- Implement workflows that enhance efficiency in investment management processes.
- Support audits and compliance reviews as required.
Benefits:
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
Preferred: CFA completed or started
Location: In Office (Loveland), or Remote
Salary: $80,000-$100,000 commensurate with experience bonus opportunity
