The SPM supports assigned team(s) in organizing and maintaining project timelines, estimates, and reports in Workfront, routes projects through Workfront Proof, leads status meetings, schedules internal reviews, keeps all team members informed of the status of their assigned projects, and ensures teams follow the appropriate process. They typically lead an entire brand or account, offering analysis and reporting around the entire portfolio of business, supporting project estimates, and longer-term account planning like in preparation for upcoming product launches.
The SPM may mentor other PMs who are on the same brand or account as well as help provide new hire training to new project managers.
