Electrical Foreman

Job Overview
The Electrical Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing electrical projects on construction sites. The Electrical Supervisor will manage a team of electricians, coordinate with other trades, and ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations. MUST HAVE AT LEAST 10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.

Duties

• Supervise and lead a team of electricians on various construction projects.
• Ensure that all electrical installations meet quality control standards and comply with safety regulations.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively, utilizing construction management software
• Coordinate with project managers to discuss project specifications, contracts, and schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Implement best practices for pipeline management to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and labor hours.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior electricians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
• This position requires strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of electrical systems and construction management.
• Must have experience with High Voltage and low voltage.
• MUST HAVE OSHA 30

Skills

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation techniques, and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in using construction management software including Heavy Bid for budgeting purposes.
• Experience in managing contracts and understanding contractual obligations within the construction industry.
• Familiarity with quality control processes to ensure high standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with other trades and stakeholders on the construction site.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently while maintaining project timelines.
