PFS Insurance is an established but growing Independent insurance agency located in the DTC area and we are looking for a positive and outgoing individual that can assist our commercial lines account managers. There is plenty of variety as we handle all lines of coverage for every type of commercial account.

Responsibilities: -Provide support to commercial account managers with a variety of tasks. -Prepare Insurance applications, summaries & proposals for new business and renewal business -Online rating and quoting -Process endorsements, change requests, bank deposits, incoming & outgoing mail. -Input data into the Epic management system -Submit claims to carrier -Assist with phones -Prepare finance agreements -Assist with marketing of insurance to carriers -Room for advancement to an account manager position
Candidate Profile: -This roll requires someone who enjoys being part of a team. -Attention to details is a must -Stellar computer skills -Ability to multi-task -Passion for helping others -Has a positive attitude -Strong communication skills -2 years of commercial lines experience and a current P&C license is preferred, but not required. You will be required to get your insurance license in the first 6 months of employment. -Experience with the Epic agency management system is a plus.
Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
