• Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Provide therapy services and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Offer guidance and support to families, caregivers, and other team members in enhancing communication skills.

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current SLP License in Washington (or eligibility for licensure).
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping individuals reach their full potential through effective speech and language therapy.
