Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager at PHILIPP PLEIN located in Topanga, CA. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, effective communication, managing store operations, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills
- Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention experience
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the fashion retail industry is a plus
- Strong Sales experience with ability to maximize own sales and assist team with their sales
- Strong client relations skills to ensure clients return to the Boutique or can sell via Long Distance Sales
