Job Summary: The Shift Leader is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Philly Pretzel Factory during their assigned shift. This includes overseeing all aspects of production, customer service, and store maintenance to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable store operations. The Shift Leader will assist in training new employees, managing inventory, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of store operations during assigned shift
- Train and mentor new employees on store procedures, customer service, and food preparation
- Ensure proper inventory management, including ordering and restocking of supplies
- Manage store cleanliness, organization, and appearance
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in scheduling and managing employee shifts and assignments
- Help with marketing and sales efforts, including community outreach and promotional events
- Perform other tasks as assigned by store management
