Phoebe Ministries is Hiring a Registered Nurse Unit Manager Near Wernersville, PA
We're hiring Full Time Registered Nurse Unit Manager with long-term care experience to join Phoebe Ministries at our Wernersville Campus.
Responsibilities
Performs a variety of duties to provide quality nursing care to residents and to coordinate total nursing care for residents. Coordinates work within the neighborhood as well as with other departments and neighborhoods, and reports pertinent information to the Shift Supervisor or the Director of Nursing responding to inquiries or requests for information. Directly supervises Nursing Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses’ in completing their assignments on assigned neighborhood.
Requirements
- Current Pennsylvania license to practice as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 2 years as a Registered Nurse
- Current CPR certification
- Long Term Care /geriatrics experience (preferred)
