This position is a temporary job with an expected project duration of approximately 6 months.

Desired Skills and Expertise:

Skills: Computer literate. Speak and write clearly and concisely. Ability to supervise construction projects including schedule and project progress. Maintain daily log for the sob site's operations and reporting. Organizational skills, including time management, delegation, prioritization and multitasking. Working knowledge of construction means, methods, drawings, and terminology. Ability to relate to owners, architects, tradesmen, hospital personnel, and inspectors.
Experience: Verifiable experience supervising complex construction projects; must have hospital/healthcare experience.
