Front Office Medical Receptionist (Float) | Full-Time | Cardiology
Seeking a Front Desk Medical Receptionist for a cardiology practice, willing to float to all offices primarily based wherever coverage is needed, such as Pasadena, Arcadia, Covina, Alhambra and Glendora, but always will work in one location for the day.

- Location: Pasadena, Arcadia, Covina, Alhambra and Glendora As Needed
- Starting Rate: $20-$21/hr. (based on experience)

- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Your responsibilities as a Front Office Medical Receptionist (Float) will include:
- Greet patients
- Handle and answering phone calls, taking messages, routing calls where appropriate, etc.
- Assist patients with forms, documentation, answering questions
- Verifying insurances and eligibility for patients
- Prepping charts for patient visits
- Entering information into EHR/EMR.
- Scheduling appointments, or follow-up appointments, reminder calls, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness of front office area
Front Office Medical Receptionist (Float) Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of Medical Front Office experience
- Enjoys working in fast-paced, high-volume environment
