Piazza Auto Group is seeking a IT Help Desk Specialist to add to our team as we continue to grow! Must have a valid Driver’s License, clean MVR and IT Help Desk experience. Schedule - Monday to Friday with rotating Saturday coverage

Job Duties:
- Support our 32 dealerships across the Southeast PA, NJ & northern Delaware
- Manage and monitor internal IT ticketing system for store requests
- Perform remote work on desktop environments
- Replace outdated or broken equipment including but not limited to PCs, printers, scanners, fax machines, phones etc.
- Troubleshoot common desktop issues (i.e. website compatibility issues, virus mitigation, networking errors, etc.)
- Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing all required tasks at hand
- Must be able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances on a day by day basis
Requirements:
- 2 years of IT or related experience preferred
- Automotive industry knowledge is a plus
- Self-motivated and competitive
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be willing to commute to different locations on a daily basis
- Must pass a background check
