Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. This position involves assisting with the construction, renovation, and maintenance of swimming pools. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be physically fit, and be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the excavation and preparation of pool sites
• Carry and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to job sites
• Assemble and install pool structures, including walls, floors, and liners
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete or other materials for pool foundations and decks
• Perform plumbing tasks such as installing pipes, fittings, and fixtures for pool filtration and heating systems
• Assist with electrical tasks, including the installation of pool lighting and control systems
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Perform general site cleanup and ensure work areas are organized and safe
• Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a secure working environment
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time and within budget

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, bending, and standing for long periods
• Basic understanding of construction principles and techniques
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
