We’re seeking a Product Designer to lead the charge in crafting intuitive, delightful experiences for our users across web and mobile platforms. You’ll play a key role in shaping how users discover, create, and connect through plans. Your work will directly impact how thousands of people make friends and find their place in a community.

What You’ll Do
- Design for Impact : Create holistic, user-focused designs that enhance the experience of making and joining plans IRL.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with the VP of product, engineers, marketing and the growth team to define requirements and deliver consistent, polished designs.
- User Research : Dive into the minds of our users through interviews, usability testing, and analytics to uncover insights that inform your work.
- Iterate Rapidly : Prototype, test, and refine your ideas to balance user needs with business goals.
- Develop a Design System : Contribute to and maintain a scalable, accessible design system that reflects Pie’s brand and values.
- Champion the User : Advocate for intuitive, inclusive design solutions that meet the diverse needs of our users.
- Experiment and Innovate : Design and test growth experiments that help users discover the magic of Pie while driving engagement.
