Substance Use Disorder Case Manager

Full-time position responsible for the delivery of case management services in the Martinsville Henry County office for clients with a substance use disorder. At least a Bachelor's Degree in social work, psychology, psychiatric rehabilitation, sociology, counseling, vocational rehabilitation, or human services counseling or Licensure by the Commonwealth of VA as a Registered Nurse. Board of Counseling Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) or CSAC-Assistant under supervision preferred. Must have at least one-year of experience working with substance use disorders; co-occurring experience preferred.

Salary is based on education and experience as it relates to the position.
