ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Answer multiple phone lines, addresses incoming messages, chats and texts.
- Respond appropriately to patient's needs and concerns.
- Document correctly in the electronic health record, as needed.
- Explaining procedures and responding to questions in a professional manner.
- Quoting fees
- Processing payments
- Scheduling appointments
- Complete data entry efficiently and promptly.
- Scanning in documents efficiently and promptly.
- Handle a high level of new and current patient calls using professional tone and exceptional judgment.
- Ability to multi-task, moving effortlessly from one project to another.
- Maintain communication with practitioner and all team members.
- Complete miscellaneous office duties and projects as assigned timely.
- Assists all team members as requested.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or GED.
EXPERIENCE:
Physician Office experience with reception, scheduling, MA, CCMA
Salary : $15 - $18
