Where you’ll be working
Cayce Cove is a 480 bed student housing property near Columbia, South Carolina. The property is located near the campuses of University of South Carolina, Allen University, Benedict College, and more.
What you’ll do
The Leasing Professional is responsible for supporting the Leasing & Marketing Director to meet the property’s annual leasing and marketing goals, while also providing a positive community experience to current and prospective residents. This position is responsible for the leasing process from guest card to final lease. The Leasing Professional position offers the opportunity to build and develop a strong professional foundation to launch a career.
What we look for
· High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
· 1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience highly preferred.
· Strong communication skills.
· High-energy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Enjoy and take pride in providing excellent customer service.
· Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
