• Be a troubleshooting superstar for computer hardware, software, and networks.

• Diagnose and solve complex technical issues with a cool head and a keen eye.

Education/Experience:

• Technical certifications (Microsoft or others) are a big plus.
• Proven experience in a Microsoft Server environment.

• A Certification or at least 1 year of experience in PC hardware and software troubleshooting.
