The agency is comprised of five divisions - Mental Health, Substance Abuse, Youth Services, Early Intervention, and Education which are currently supported through 17 different locations.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Pilsen Inn Residential Services, funded by the Illinois Department of Human Services, Division of Mental Health, provides a 26-bed, 24-hour supervised residential setting for homeless persons diagnosed with a mental illness. Rehabilitation services focus on increasing program participants’ daily living skills, promoting independence, and sharing relevant knowledge and information related to their specific mental illness (i.e. importance of a medication regimen, adverse effects of discontinuing medications, signs and symptoms, etc.)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
This individual will contribute to the implementation of the participants' service plans, specifically designed to increase the participants' skills in independent daily living, independent economic self-sufficiency and community integration/reintegration, which may include an array of services and interventions designed to provide treatment, habitation training and other integration services.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
This individual must have a Bachelor Degree in Psychology or a related field or 5 years’ experience in the Mental Health Field. Familiarity with Medicaid Rule 132 desired. Valid Driver's License Required. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
