Job Summary:

The Paid Media Manager is a position centered on planning and management of paid search, social, CTV/OTT, audio, and native campaigns, while informing strategy around email, organic social, organic search, and any other marketing channel that solves the client’s needs.

This role will work with the Media Director and Account Managers to strategize, build, and maintain campaigns ensuring pre and post launch milestones are achieved and budgets are pacing correctly. This role is responsible for mentoring and advising two other paid media team members, and acting as a subject matter expert in cross functional marketing conversations with both clients and internal projects. This job is based in our Centennial, CO office with a flexible hybrid schedule of 3-4 in office days per week.

This position will fall under PIN’s Client Operations Team, the channel focused and client facing group of marketing specialists executing full-funnel content driven marketing campaigns across paid media, organic media, email, web, video, experiential, and more.

You’re unafraid to dive into new tactics, channels, and methods for our clients and you keep your mind sharp on the industry and its latest developments and tools. You’ll thrive in a collaborative environment, you won’t be shy in a Zoom call or a client meeting, and you won’t be the person who prefers someone else map out their day or keep to themselves. You’ll come with opinions and stories of success and failure (hopefully some of them are funny too), and you’re open to learn as you write more stories of your success.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing channel implementation and management for approximately 5-10 clients.
  • Assist in market research and media strategy, leading media strategy for 1-3 small to mid size clients.
  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking across platforms including the implementation of GA4, GTM, and other tracking tools.
  • Monitor, optimize, and report campaign performance on an on-going basis to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
  • Perform ongoing campaign discovery, expansion, and optimization to ensure the media executions match client’s business needs and not just reported conversions.
  • Act as a SME on client calls, explaining the nuances of channel performance and offering recommendations to suit client and market needs.
  • Manage budget pacing and performance.
  • Create clear and compelling ad copy, and organize ads in a way that can be tested and compared to.
  • Actively build relationships with vendors and technology partners in order to offer our clients the best services in the industry, and to stay on top of trends.

Qualifications:

  • 4 years of hands-on experience building and optimizing campaigns across search, social, and programmatic across B2B, B2C, and Brand.
  • An understanding of media planning and media strategy, integrating creative testing frameworks and non-standard flights.
  • Experience Google Ads, Meta Ads, MS Ads and at least one of each of the following categories
  • Social: TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, Reddit, alternative social channels.
  • Programmatic: StackAdapt, AdLib, TTD, DV360
  • Strong data analysis skills with demonstrated ability to create a story and insights from data.
  • Strong Excel skills, and experience with other BI tools.
  • An expertise in GTM with the ability to expertly configure conversion tracking and tags.
  • An understanding of GA4, with a keen understanding of GA4 configuration and data governance.
  • Comfortable running reports and compiling data insights in a coherent narrative fashion
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
  • Effectively able to prioritize projects and workload in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Preferred/Nice to have:

  • Agency Experience is Ideal
  • Google Ads & Microsoft Advertising Certifications
  • Experience using campaign management software
  • Working knowledge of SEO and Organic Social
  • Working knowledge of email marketing, and how it works in the greater media plan
  • Monday.com or other project management experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
