We are looking for a motivated and committed individual to join our team here at Pin Oaks where we strive to make a positive difference in the lives of our residents.
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Transport Manager to oversee and manage our transportation operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe transportation of residents. A class E license and CPR (BLS) certification are required for this position.
Duties:
- Schedule and maintain appointments for residents within the facility
- Coordinate with nursing and other staff to ensure open communication
- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards
- Manage vehicle maintenance schedules and repairs
- Resolve any transportation-related issues promptly
Experience:
- Proven experience in transport or a related field
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices
We offer flexible scheduling, benefits, as well as vacation, sick, and holiday pay. This position is primarily a Monday- Friday opening, but as we are a 24-hour facility, there are weekend and evening calls as needed for pick-ups.
