Pine View Homes is a woman owned, fourth generation business in Winslow. We were founded in 1955 and have been selling homes to families for 69 years. We are a small office but its a fast-paced environment!
We are looking for a someone to join our team and provide administrative support to the organization. The ideal candidate for this position will be organized, detail-oriented, can adhere to strict privacy requirements and have excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Must be a professionally minded & computer savvy person, and understand how to organize tasks in order of importance and follow through with customer inquiries.
This is an hourly position plus commission based on sales you complete.

Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Greet visitors and provide them with information about the company.
- Organize and maintain office files and records.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist with data entry tasks
- Responsible for walking the customer thru the home buying process including quoting and ordering
- Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes, or returns
- Setup and maintain customer files with strict confidentiality with lenders and manufacturers
- The schedule is Tuesday thru Saturday 8am to 5pm (rotating Saturdays).
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and clerical experience
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and multi-line phone systems
- Experience in data entry, filing, and calendar management
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.58 - $19.32 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
