Systems Engineer

As a Systems Engineer, you will :

• Lead deployments and configuration of new and existing systems to meet client needs.
• Deploy, manage, and monitor Microsoft environments and tools, maintaining service consistency across on-premises and cloud-based platforms.
• Setup, maintain, and monitor operation of local and wide area networks (LAN / WAN).
• Manage and execute projects focusing on technical aspects and project management, preparing detailed notes and overseeing project handoffs.
• Maintain high customer awareness and understanding of client environments to ensure exceptional service.
• Update and maintain essential documentation in our management system.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair network hardware and software
• Provide mentorship and coaching to team members, enhancing team skills and cohesion.

What You'll Need :

Compensation : In some states and municipalities, Pinion is required by law to include a reasonable estimate for range of compensation. When making compensation decisions, Pinion takes into account a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, certifications / licenses, and geographic location. The wide range for this role reasonably accounts for these factors. Specific compensation decisions are made based on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $55,000 to $80,000.
