Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and market trends
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale
- Assist with sales support activities as needed
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales software applications
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior
- Experience in sales, particularly in retail or outside sales, is preferred
- Knowledge of automotive sales is a plus
- Familiarity with retail math calculations
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
