Responsibilities

- Negotiate sales terms and close deals while maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- Manage inventory effectively, ensuring the showroom is well-stocked and organized.
- Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale to enhance satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, vehicle specifications, and financing options to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in dealership events and promotions to increase visibility and attract potential buyers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail or dealership environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Excellent public speaking abilities, comfortable presenting information to individuals or groups.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Experience in outside sales is a plus, demonstrating the ability to engage clients beyond the showroom.
- Familiarity with inventory management practices is beneficial for maintaining stock levels effectively.
