Job Responsibility
The LEAD MASTER INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN is responsible for overseeing all electrical installations. This means gathering drawings from customers, ordering materials, overseeing & executing installations - such as running all wires and conduit from the control panels to the lights, fans, Air Make-Up Units, and other field devices. The electrician needs the ability to:
- This role requires the individual to not only oversee the project but also be hands on and perform electrical installation tasks.
- Work with customers to gather drawings and other necessary information prior to project execution.
- Work with management on hiring and training additional electricians as the company continues to grow.
- Read plans and specifications to ensure all equipment is installed in accordance with National Electric Code and manufacturer's recommendations.
- Be able to problem solve and work through challenges if inadequate documentation is provided, or other challenges are presented.
- Ensure all electrical installations are done properly and our customers are happy with the work that has taken place. This role requires a blend of hands-on electrical work as well as managerial tasks.

Job Requirements
- 5 years of holding Master Industrial Electrician Certificate
- Represent Pinnacle Finishing in a professional manner with customers, vendors, staff, and the public
- Valid driver license
- Travel in the continental United States, up to 80%
- Requires pre-employment drug screening and background check
Salary : $110,000
