What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brush Maker position at Pipeline Cleaners, LLC?
Brush Maker
1. Ensure proper brush-making components are staged and install brush wires in plates, ensure specific production line and that areas are clean and neat.
2. Inspect production line operations and finished goods to ensure proper appearance of product
3. Ensure adequate raw materials such as filament, inserts or other material are available and alert supervisor of any material needs and required repairs to equipment.
4. Maintain equipment in proper, clean working condition and request maintenance help when needed.
5. Participate in the operation of a brush component assembly that is assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
Considerable experience in line production operations is required
KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ ABILITIES
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
Considerable experience in line production operations is required
General understanding of PLC Operations/Automated Machinery
