Maintenance positions require three years of experience in general maintenance, welding, industrial electricity (including knowledge of single and 3 phase AC & DC circuits, DC drives, inverters and PLCs), millwright, pneumatics, and blueprint reading (preferably in a manufacturing environment). Those hired may be required to work rotating swing shifts in a 24/7 operation. Maintenance workers starting wage rate is $29.00/hr. with benefits. After successful completion of a 9-month training / probation period, the wage rate will increase to $30.35/hr.
