**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled and experienced Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and possess the necessary skills to complete installation projects efficiently and safely. The Installer will work on a variety of projects, including masonry, construction painting, and carpentry, and will be responsible for ensuring that all work meets our high standards. **Responsibilities:** - Install and repair various construction materials, including stucco, plaster, and heavy equipment. - Conduct site visits to assess construction sites and identify any potential hazards or issues. - Operate heavy equipment, such as cranes and forklifts, to facilitate the installation process. - Use specialized tools and techniques to perform door hanging, restoration work, and other installation tasks. - Work closely with carpenters and other construction professionals to complete installation projects. - Utilize Bluebeam software to track and manage construction projects. - Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure they remain in good working condition. - Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and timelines. - Comply with all safety protocols and regulations on construction sites. **Skills:** - Proficiency in masonry, carpentry, and construction painting techniques. - Experience with heavy equipment operation and maintenance. - Knowledge of restoration techniques and best practices. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans. - Familiarity with stucco and plaster installation and repair. - Skill in door hanging and installation. - Experience with construction painting and finishing techniques. - Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces. - Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols. - Proficiency in Bluebeam software. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

• 1099 contract

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
• Year round work

Experience:

• Carpentry: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Pittsburgh, PA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
