Program Manager : for HVAC Retrofit Installation oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific HVAC retrofit projects. The Program Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that retrofit installations are completed efficiently and effectively, while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Planning :
Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budgets, and timelines.
Lead and manage project teams, including HVAC installers, technicians, and subcontractors.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are completed within financial constraints.
Ensure that all installations meet company standards and comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
