Job Description
As a Client Manager , you will be the cornerstone of our client-centric approach, dedicated to nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing client base. Your role will be centered on understanding their evolving needs, ensuring their satisfaction, and proactively identifying opportunities for growth. Beyond simply managing accounts, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our valued clients, offering strategic insights and fostering a collaborative partnership. Your contribution will be vital in maintaining high client satisfaction levels, cultivating long-term relationships, and ultimately driving the continued success and expansion of our firm. Your job responsibilities will include but not be limited to :
Account Management
- Manage large, named, key client accounts.
- Develop and implement account plans to strategically manage and grow client portfolios.
- Monitor client engagements to ensure quality service delivery and client expectations are met.
