Shifts: In general, we offer 8 hour shifts for our RN and LPN positions. We have an opening for a part-time nurse.

Role:
We are seeking a dedicated RN/LPN to join our team! The RN/LPN is responsible for the comprehensive nursing care of residents in the Community, as well as effectively communicating with team members, families, physicians, and allied health professionals.
Responsibilities:
- The RN/LPN ensures provision of quality nursing care in accordance with Federal, State, and Company requirements based on acuity of residents.
- The RN/LPN makes daily rounds to each resident to ascertain the residents condition and comfort.
- The RN/LPN follows safety policies in performing nursing care, assuring resident safety.
- The RN/LPN follows infection control guidelines.
- The RN/LPN initiates procedures to protect residents from injury and infection.
- The RN/LPN assesses and evaluate resident change of condition and institute appropriate interventions.
- The RN/LPN communicates with the Physician as indicated by resident needs or status and assure follow through.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- The RN/LPN must be a graduate from an accredited school, be currently licensed in state of which applying without encumbrance, and is responsible for maintaining professional licensure and CEU requirements.
- Preferably 1-2 years of previous nursing experience in Long Term Care and/or a Skilled Nursing Facility, but not required.
- Must possess a current CPR certification.
