We serve up awesome food made from fresh ingredients and original recipes made in-house by our dedicated team members.
Location: Hopkins, Roseville and Eden Prairie
WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS
- Report to the General Manager.
- 45-hour work week, primarily evenings/nights
- Responsible for managing store operations.
- Responsible for restaurant profitability, staff development, food quality, safety and sanitation procedures, customer service, image management, and understanding of Pizza Luce's culture.
- Supervise, coach, develop, and empower 30 staff to provide best in class delivery and curbside service to guests.
- Understand, implement, and speak with confidence and knowledge about company policies to employees and guests.
- Ability to work late nights and weekends.
- In absence of the General Manager, RM performs all managerial duties.
WHAT YOU OFFER US
- 2 years of Restaurant Management experience supervising 30 staff in a high-volume curbside pickup and delivery operation.
- Adept at delivering excellence in a fast-paced/demanding business.
- Proven staff management skills including developing strong hourly and supervisory staff to be successful in multiple roles and for advancement within the company.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a passion for creating and maintaining a safe and positive work experience for our staff, exceptional guest service, and excellent food.
- Experience in full-service dining is strongly preferred.
