Role overview & responsibilities
Reporting to the Supervisor, the Maintenance II is responsible for preventive maintenance and basic repair on tools, equipment, and machinery in the warehouse.
- Performs preventive maintenance and basic repair on equipment.
- Maintains an inventory of spare parts.
- Ensures all forklift drivers are certified and certifications are current.
- Responsible for the maintenance of all records and documentation related to the machinery.
- Responsible for the adherence of all safety and environmental policies and procedures.
- Ensures all forklift driver's maintenance and machine records are current and accurate.
- Ensures accuracy and compliance of the Lockout/Tagout Policy and procedures for each piece of equipment.
What you'll need
- 2 years of experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Associate degree (2-year college or technical school), preferred.
