Procurement Director

Responsible for scanning bins and boxes of product as they arrive from production. Use pallet jack or tow motor to move product to and from blast freezer, and to load and unload trucks at the shipping dock.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Use pallet jack or tow motor to move product.
• Use scanning equipment to scan product into inventory.
• Load and unload trucks at the shipping dock.
• Ensure and participate in compliance measures to meet GMP, HACCP, SQF and federal standards related to food safety and quality guidelines.
• Adhere to safety rules and company policies.
• Perform other comparable and related duties, as assigned.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Valid pallet jack and tow motor license.
• Ability to operate powered industrial trucks according to OSHA regulations and Plainville Brands training.
• Must be able to work in very cold environment.
• Must be able to lift 40 – 60 lbs frequently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
