Treasury Management Client Support Analyst
· Knowledge of all Treasury Management solutions and Operating Procedures.
· Answers client & internal partner inquiries pertaining to Business Online Banking and Treasury Management solutions.
· Manages TM department files and signed documentation, and performs special projects as needed. Ensures official files are properly scanned to centralized repository.
· Responsible for maintaining essential audit notebooks and reporting as needed.
· Responsible for managing departmental “Queue” and updating daily by adding new, modifying existing and removing completed items as needed and/or requested via email or other means of communication.
· Performs a variety of other clerical duties of moderate scope and complexity.
· General knowledge of ACH processes and NACHA file formats as they apply to Business Online origination.
· Knowledge of ACH Risk Policy, client exposures and requests approval of ACH exposure over limits as needed.
· Assists with annual review of ACH Risk Exposure as requested.
· Ensures sales leads are communicated to Treasury Management Sales Officers from current business/commercial customers, referral of prospect leads and other sources.
· Assists business clients with QuickBooks questions as it pertains to Business Online Banking or other TM solutions.
· Assist in preparing customer/prospect pricing analysis, proposals and annual client reviews as requested.
· Assists with special projects or duties as requested by the TM Sr. Client Analyst or TM Officer.
· Acts as backup to other Treasury Management staff positions as needed or directed.
· Also acts as a backup for Online Banking Associates from time-to-time.
· Maintains confidentiality at all times.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 29 per week
