Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform lawn maintenance, edging/mulching, planting wide range of trees, shrubs, and flowers.
• Complete landscape installations, snow removal, holiday installation, holiday take-down, and/or turf applications or irrigation.
• Safely drive and operate various company vehicles & equipment such as ZTR, walk behind mowers, skid loaders, plow trucks and salt spreaders.
• Install and remove interior and exterior commercial holiday decor during Holiday season.
• Perform snow removal work and be available for overtime / emergency snow removal when necessary
• Maintain and promote a safe workplace by following all safety guidelines
• Report equipment or property damage and/or accidents to supervisor immediately

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED desired
• Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and be able to use upper and lower body to perform basic landscape functions.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Ability to follow directions
• Attention to detail; Takes initiative to get work done
• Ability to solve problems
