Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop marketing and promotional strategy and materials for Company products, including brand management, advertising, and web and sales collateral.
- Ensure marketing programs align with public relations and other communication activities.
- Manage and implement digital campaigns including email, social, etc.
- Assist in the preparation of long- and short-term marketing plans and budgets.
- Identify new technologies and products for online campaigns.
- Collaborate, participate in, and coordinate promotional activities or trade shows.
- Negotiate contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategy.
- Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in the market and make recommendations to leadership.
- Manage and coordinate activities of marketing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Perform other job-related duties and special projects as directed by the CEO.
Education and / or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or Public Relations AND 5 years of related experience, including supervisory experience, OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Experience in the millwork industry is a huge plus.
