Job Responsibilities :
- Prepare a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, cookies, and desserts, according to the restaurant's recipes and standards.
- Measure and mix ingredients, and monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute the daily production schedule.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the development and testing of new recipes and menu items.
- Ensure proper storage of baked goods and ingredients to maintain freshness and quality.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of baking supplies as needed.
- Adapt to special dietary requirements and accommodate customer requests when necessary.
- Keep up with industry trends and techniques to continuously enhance baking skills.
