We are currently seeking a certified and passionate Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic team at Regency at Esperanza, PLAY Academy hires local coaches only. Must currently live in the area to be considered.

Job Description: As a Pilates Instructor at Regency at Santa Rita Ranch , you will lead Pilates classes, providing expert instruction and personalized attention to clients of various fitness levels and abilities. This role is ideally suited for someone who is deeply passionate about Pilates, understands the principles of body movement and alignment, and can motivate and guide clients in improving their strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Pilates classes for groups, ensuring a professional, effective, and enjoyable workout experience.
• Offer one-on-one sessions, providing personalized instruction and tailored programs to meet individual client goals.
• Develop comprehensive Pilates programs that incorporate a variety of techniques and equipment (e.g., reformer, mat exercises).
• Educate clients on proper form and body alignment to maximize benefits and minimize the risk of injury.
• Foster a supportive and motivating environment, encouraging clients to reach their personal fitness and wellness goals.
• Stay updated with the latest Pilates trends and techniques to ensure innovative and varied class experiences.
• Build and maintain positive relationships within the community, promoting the benefits of Pilates for physical and mental health.

Requirements:

• Certification from a recognized Pilates training program.
• Additional certification in CPR/First Aid.
• Proven experience as a Pilates Instructor with expertise in mat and equipment-based exercises.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and inspire clients.
• A deep understanding of movement principles, anatomy, and the ability to modify exercises to accommodate different skill levels and physical limitations.
• Strong organizational skills for managing class schedules, client appointments, and maintaining equipment.
• Flexibility in scheduling, with the ability to offer classes at times convenient for community members.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
• Opportunities for additional earnings through private sessions or specialized classes.
