Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with sales managers to identify opportunities for revenue growth and implement effective strategies. 

• Assist in recruiting, coaching, and mentoring sales talent to build a high-performing sales organization. 

• Analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and align team efforts with company goals. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and marketing, to ensure seamless client solutions. 

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate Profile 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field; MBA is a plus. 

• Leadership Potential: Proven ability to influence, inspire, and lead others. 

• Results-Oriented: Track record of achieving or exceeding your goals in school. 

• Adaptable: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a growth mindset. 

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to build relationships. 

• Analytical: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, supported by data-driven insights.
