WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:
- Coaching & Leadership: Lead the Checking and Transfer Shipping Team, providing training and holding daily team huddles.
- Quality Control & Operations: Oversee the operations of the Quality Control team, develop procedures, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Standard Setting & Accountability: Establish performance standards, enforce procedural compliance, and conduct regular audits.
- Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with management to align quality control measures with organizational goals.
OUR MUST HAVES:
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a warehouse or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of quality control procedures and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with quality management systems.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to conduct training sessions.
