What would you look forward to in this role?

  • Responsible for ensuring the efficiency and skill development of Production Team Members in our Medical department.  
  • Collaborating with the Training and Development Manager and the Operations team to design and develop comprehensive training programs for Production Team Members.  
  • Facilitate hands on training sessions to familiarize new hires with product, equipment, and processes.  

What key responsibilities would you assume in this role?

  • Create and maintain training materials, work instructions, and visual aids that align with standard operating procedures, cGMP and Safety guidelines.  
  • Provide constructive feedback to operators and work with them to address any identified areas for improvement.
  • Partner with Shift Supervisors to review and approve final training records, administer competency tests, and provide recommendation on transition to the next level for the team member’s role.  
  • Identify Skill gaps and partner with the Shift Leads, Business Unit Managers HR and Training and Development Manager to develop targeted training. 
  • Act as a liaison between the production floor and the training department to facilitate effective communication.
  • Facilitate a positive overall experience for new hires. 
  • Develop and promote positive working relationships with all Manufacturing. 
  • Accurately maintain all required training documents and records.

  • A genuine enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and helping others grow.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback to help participants improve and grow.  
  • Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
