The Role
We are looking for a Director of Engineering to lead teams focused on building a Lead Management & Conversion, Automations, and CRM Integrations —critical areas that help local businesses streamline their workflows and close more deals efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Directly and indirectly manage high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of ownership, technical excellence, and collaboration.
- Drive innovation using AI-powered automations that connect businesses with their leads in real time.
- Provide technical guidance to ensure our systems are robust, scalable, and designed for long-term success.
- Work with Product leaders and Exec team to define medium-to-long term vision and roadmap.
- Navigate fast-changing environments, make data-driven decisions, and adapt quickly to new challenges.
- Recruit top engineering talent, mentor future leaders, and create an environment where engineers thrive.
- Work closely with Product, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to align engineering efforts with business goals.
