Summary
The Photo Mask Engineer will engineer, implement, test, and release systems for ordering photo masks from external photo mask suppliers to be used in semiconductor device manufacturing.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and apply system for ordering photo masks from mask suppliers
- Select mask suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery
- Work with Purchasing to create purchase orders to from mask suppliers
- Develop mask ordering systems in alignment with Polar Customer Service and Accounting needs
- Provide mask specifications to mask suppliers based on Polar technology and photo operations requirements
- Specify and create metrology structures required for mask fabrication and conformance to specifications
- Develop and maintain automated solutions to provide accurate and complete Semi P10 specifications with mask orders
- Develop system for application of optical proximity correction (OPC) and generation of phase-shift masks (PSM)
- Monitor mask supplier quality
- Maintain effective working relationships with mask suppliers

The estimated base salary range for the position is $87,900-$124,000. The pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, job-related experience, skills and level of the position.
