We are seeking a dedicated and experienced LVN Charge Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff to ensure effective patient care delivery.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with medical records documentation and maintain accurate patient records.
- Provide guidance on sterile processing techniques and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Assist in family planning education and support for patients as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to perform diagnostic evaluations and implement treatment plans.
- Utilize knowledge of ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation and billing processes.
- Provide support for neonatal ventilator management when required.
- Facilitate training sessions for nursing staff on best practices in acute care.
Requirements
- Valid nursing license with relevant certifications.
- Experience in acute care settings is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic life support techniques.
- Familiarity with medical office procedures and medical records management.
- Knowledge of sterile processing standards is a plus.
- Experience working with children is desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations and provide appropriate interventions.
