Job Summary
The Director of Social Services plays a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing the delivery of social services within the organization. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the social services department, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

- Provide oversight for case management processes, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with community organizations, government agencies, and stakeholders to enhance service offerings.
- Mentor and train staff in best practices for motivational interviewing, addiction counseling, and crisis management.
- Conduct regular program evaluations to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Advocate for clients’ rights and access to necessary resources such as Medicare, Section 8 housing, and behavioral health services.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on child welfare, childcare practices, and other relevant topics.
